Purpose of the Clarity Call

The Clarity Call is a free introductory session designed to allow you to ask questions about our services and for us to provide general information about what services may be suitable for you.

This call is not a treatment session and does not provide personalised medical treatment or advice.

When you schedule a Clarity Call, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any information you choose to share during the call

We do not record Clarity Calls and do not create or retain clinical records from them, as you are not a client at this stage.

How Your Information Is Used

We use your information only to:

  • Schedule and confirm your Clarity Call
  • Provide you with the Zoom link for the session
  • Communicate with you regarding your booking

To deliver the Clarity Call, we use the following trusted third‑party providers:

  • Calendly (for booking your meeting)
    • May store your data on servers located outside Australia (commonly in the USA).

  • Google Calendar (for anonymous scheduling into diary)
    • Is only used to block anonymous appointment times in our internal schedule.
    • Stores data in Google's global network of data centres (commonly the USA, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions).

Please note that these providers may use cookies or tracking technologies to ensure proper functionality of their services.

Data Storage and Security

Your name and email address are stored within Calendly and Zoom’s secure systems. We do not export or separately store this information unless you become a client. We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information, but as some data is stored overseas, it may not be subject to Australian privacy laws.

Your Rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your information at any time by contacting us.

If you choose not to provide your name and email, we will be unable to schedule your Clarity Call.
